copyright:A law that protects a creator’s ownership of and control over the work he or she creates, requiring other people to get the creator’s permission before they copy, share, or perform that work
Creative Commons:A kind of copyright that makes it easy for people to copy, share, and build on someone’s creative work – as long as they give the creator credit for it
Public Domain:Creative work that’s not protected by copyright and is therefore free for one to use however one wants
What are some pros to publishing work online?
The internet is a very beneficial place for artists and writers to share their work it gives them a place to share what they made with other people but, sometimes people decide to take someone else's work and credit it as their own or they don't give the author proper credit. If the author finds out about this they might be incredibly disappointed because, they did all that had work for someone to steal it.
I made the following presentation with two of my other classmates. This google presentation was to explain what musicians who sample and remix songs think about what their doing. This presentation explains that most people who make these types of songs believe is fair even if other people don't agree.
